Associates
Jenny Montgomery has a business and consulting background. After a degree in English Literature and Language from Oxford University, she worked for Saatchi & Saatchi in London and Paris and was the Account Manager on the IBM PC account.
She then studied for an MBA at London Business School gaining distinctions in Corporate Strategy and in Marketing. After a few years working in Corporate Identity for Wolff Olins and as a freelance consultant, Jenny joined Bath University School of Management teaching on both the undergraduate and MBA Programme. Jenny continued to develop her own marketing consultancy before founding Montgomery Associates to focus on the recruitment industry.
The company has a number of associates who work with Jenny on client assignments. Each associate has a business background in Communications Technology, often having been responsible for recruiting as a line manager in organisations such as Compaq, HP or Cramer. We are deeply appreciative of the wealth of experience and the networks of contacts such individuals bring to our organisation and to our clients.

Associate - John George:
John has over 35 years experience in the IT industry with 20 years of that spent at director level in organisations such as Digital Equipment Ltd, LogicaCMG, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, and Cramer. During this time John was involved in direct and indirect channel sales in the hardware, software products and consulting businesses.
Much of his experience has been gained selling into the telecommunications market where he has learnt to translate the capabilities of complex technical products into the everyday language of business and marketing professionals. John is also the founder of 8848 Consulting Ltd, a company aimed at assisting and managing change in selling teams.
