All our projects are based on spending time understanding the underlying business issues facing our clients. This means that we have worked for many of our clients over a number of years and have established close working partnerships.

Our collective business backgrounds are critical to our success; we compete with many recruitment consultancies for our clients' attention. So what makes us different and better? Simply that we understand the subtleties and the complexities of putting the right team together in one of the most complex industries in the world. We aren't driven by quarterly targets - so we don't “push” candidates at clients or jobs at candidates. We understand the need for urgency - but we are also prepared to take whatever time is needed to get it right.

We have over 18,000 communications specialists across Europe on our database. We can rapidly find other candidates in most fields through a range of international databases. Today's technology allows us extraordinary access to the specialists our clients need. At the same time, our consultancy skills allow us to assess the technical and cultural match of individuals to each role we are researching.

We are very proud of the fact that we also build long term relationships with our candidates as they build their careers, often coming back to us looking for a 2nd or 3rd placement, or as a client, trusting us to help them in a new role as they start to build their own teams.
