Montgomery Associates was founded in 1999. We focus on middle-to-senior recruitment in the Communications Technology Sector and we work with clients throughout Europe right across their organisations covering sales, pre-sales, programme and project managers, solution architects, technical consultants and marketing roles.
We build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and have delivered on assignments for organisations such as HP, IBM (Micromuse), Amdocs Consulting, Telcordia, LogicaCMG, BEA, Vallent, Infovista, Juniper Networks, Nexagent, MahindraBT, Axiom Systems, Metasolv and others.
The company is led by an Oxford University graduate with an MBA from London Business School and a background in business management, consulting and university teaching. All our associates are similarly well-qualified – with a long history of senior management in IT and telecommunications organisations before bringing this experience into the recruitment industry.
